1. Make sure you have already installed OptiFine HD.
2. Download the texture pack/resource pack on this page.
3. Start Minecraft and go to options.
4. Click the "Resource Packs" button.
5. Click the "Open resource pack folder" button.
6. Place the texture .zip file in this folder.
7. When you launch Minecraft and click the resource packs button you should now see the pack is installed.

LoKiCraft Pure Cartoon Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.10/1.9.4

LoKiCraft Pure Cartoon Resource Pack, which is also called LoKiCraft PureCartoonPack, is a popular texture pack made in a very simple and cartoon themed style. It comes with animated textures that makes it very unique. Currently, LoKiCraft is available in many resolutions including 32x, 64x, 128x and 256x. It is now fully compatible with Minecraft 1.9.2 and 1.9. However the textures are not completed yet as this pack is still a work in progress, so be patient! But don’t worry, the designer is really working hard on it. In other words, LoKiCraft Pure Cartoon is a beautiful pack made in a high quality with simple, clear design and a dose of cartoon style!

LoKiCraft PureCartoonPack 1.9.2 and 1.9 has already been downloaded by over 60,000 users. It’s also compatible with older versions of Minecraft. Just by looking at the screenshots, I know that I’m definitely going to use the finished version once it’s done! It looks quite similar to Sphax PureBDCraft but in an interesting and very different way. Even mobs are very well done, but they are not finished yet. LoKiCraft Pure Cartoon Resource Pack contains around 800 textures, 30% of them are ready now. The designer, Loki, is a busy man but he’ll try to upload new updates minimum once or twice a week. Looking forward to the finished product, specifically weapons and tools!

Please note that it’s important to use either OptiFine or MCPatcher to fully support LoKiCraft! Also remember to switch on the “Alternate blocks” option to get better look of the resource pack. By the way, its very high definition means that it will provides some amazing crisp visual and effects. However it also means that you may need a pretty good graphic card if you want LoKiCraft Resource Pack to run properly.
